Veg Shami Kabab Recipe

 


Today we are going to share the best recipe for the whole India which is Veg Shami Kabab Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 Pack of Shami Kabab of Vezlay 
1 potato boiled
1 onion cut into small pieces
1 inch ginger
4 heads of garlic
2 green chillies
1 dried red chilli
1 black cardamon
4 cloves
1 spoon jeera
1/4 spoon black pepper powder
1/2 spoon chat masala
1 spoon lemon juice
2 spoons of roasted gram flour
1 spoon dhaniya powder
2 spoons cumin
2 spoon mint leaves
salt to taste oil for frying

Veg Shami kabab recipe:


Take Vezlay Shami Kabab and the onion, ginger, garlic, cardamon, and cloves into a pressure cooker. Cover the pan and cook for 5 whistles. Now, pour off the extra water and put the chikpeas, jeera, chat masala, dhaniya powder, cilantro, mint, chilies, black pepper powder, and salt into a grinder. Don't add any water while you're blending. Now put the batter in a bowl and add the mashed potato, lemon juice, and gram flour. Mix everything together well. Now, divide the blend into 10 parts that are all the same. Oil your hands and make the patties.
Now, heat a pan and put some oil in it. Put the kabab on a pan that is hot. Spread oil on kababs and cook them in a pan until both sides are browned. Prepare leftover kabab in same way. They should be put on a plate and served with parantha and green chutney.
